My specialty is in performance nutrition and movement optimization, as I am passionate about working with high performers including athletes and elite military operators. While my focus is on performance optimization, I still maintain clients from all walks of life striving to take back their health.

I teach my clients how to navigate the confusing worlds of nutrition & exercise to find solutions that honor their bio-individuality. I believe, and the research supports, food & movement truly are medicine and they represent so much more than just energy in or calories burned. Food & movement represent connection, culture, nourishment, and longevity. They should be enjoyed and cherished!

I utilize a “whole systems approach” in my practice and personalize holistic nutrition care plans & exercise prescriptions to promote optimal health and restore function when needed.
Albert Einstein once said, “look deep into nature and you will understand everything.” Eating and movement don’t have to be so complicated. The answer often lies in re-nourishing our roots and reestablishing the relationship with our natural world.

WHAT TO EXPECT: WORKING WITH ME
My approach is highly individualized and rooted in intuitive eating and movement. I will never put you on a diet or encourage weight loss. Instead, I will help you tap into your body’s inner wisdom to assist you in learning how to take care of yourself in all aspects of your self-care including food, movement, stress management, relationships, sleep habits, and more.
By working with me you will learn how, what, and when to eat based on your body’s internal cues rather than external cues (think: others telling you what you “should” and “shouldn’t” eat, meal plans, etc.). You will learn to re-nourish your body without food-related deprivation, restriction, stress, guilt, shame, and preoccupation.
You will receive one-on-one support from me during this process along with the necessary tools and resources to help you on your journey in-between our sessions. Between sessions you will have goals to work on and access to me via email for questions or concerns that may arise.
