Training with Peter was a wonderful experience. When I first started working with Peter, my SI joint had been bothering me greatly for several months. I also wanted to get a little more muscle tone, but the SI joint issue was my primary concern at that time. With his deep knowledge about form and functional movement he turned out to be even more helpful than the physical therapist I had been working with regarding my SI joint pain. He also taught me warm ups, exercises, and cool downs to do after our training sessions ended. I could go on and on about how technically competent he is, but really the best part is his calmness and warm personality. I cannot recommend Peter enough.
